Rain Shadow

This is an archival art print of my original work, Rain Shadow. This piece was inspired by a summer trip to Oregon's high desert. I always find it fascinating how quickly the terrain changes when crossing the Cascade Mountains. The arid climate east of the Cascades is due to a rain shadow effect. There is precipitation on the windward side of mountains, but the air becomes dry and warm when it descends the other side.

This print is custom printed in my home studio. I use a premium eco-friendly paper made from bamboo, cotton fibers, and pure spring water. Each print is signed.

Prints are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers. Local pick-up is an option. Just enter the code LOCAL PICKUP at checkout, and an email will be sent to you once the order is ready for pickup.
